I worked in a BPO industry for more than 2 years, I was a Technical Support more than a year which is we do basic troubleshooting on telephones and internets. We create trouble tickets,make an appointments to the technicians who will be the one to visit in the customer's house. For Customer Service, I used to worked in this support for a year, in this support we are assigned to create new accounts,do upselling on our products,process upgrades as per customers request,accept payments through debit and credits and we are also assigned to closed or terminate some accounts.
