I am a certified Customer Service Representative having completed levels 1 and 2 last year. Over the last year I have experienced working with all different types of customers. I believe working with people is more of a talent than a skill. I have learned how to deal with different situations in a professional manner and have the ability to turn a bad situation into a good one. I possess many of the essential skills include being computer literate, English language, data entry, telephone etiquette, E-mail handling, Microsoft word, and Microsoft excel. Overall I am a creative and open minded individual, who loves to learn new things.
