I have been working as a customer support and training officer in CellSmart POS. During that tenure, I have been working on multiple projects at the same time from Training New Clients/ Employees to Providing Technical Support and Customer Retention.
My experience has helped me to improve my communication skills and provided me the knowledge of how to provide the services at their best over the phone and in chats. It also improved my mental ability to understand the client’s psychology while they are not physically in front of us.
