Furthermore, the experience I garnered while being employed at KIPS Academy as an English teacher has provided me with the opportunity to improve my knowledge and competence in areas of leadership, accountability, delivery, organization, and planning. I have worked as a Customer Service Representative at Pizza Pizza(Canada) for over 3 years. My primary role was to take more than 150 calls, processing hundreds of food orders and taking dozens of complaints daily. After 6 months I was promoted to a team lead based on my performance and my main focus was on providing support to the customers on live chats and email, responding to business inquires and maintaining a good relationship with the customers. Ten after few months I got promoted to a Supervisor, handled all kind of queries and scenarios during this period and supported my team and created a great team work and a professional atmosphere. I am passionate about sales and determined to exceed company targets and client's business goals. I am committed to retaining clients for the long term by diligently helping them achieve success. I am a quick learner and am able to think outside of the box in order to solve issues. I spend most of my free time volunteering. I am assertive and willing to take the lead but also an excellent Team player. I have charisma which can brighten anyone's day and I strongly believe in serving a Customer with great efficiency.
