I have spent two years developing my skills as a customer service representative handling credit card concerns. Basically, we answer questions and resolve problems. We usually respond to customer complaints. After being a CSR, I worked as online logistics coordinator. I track delivery progress of cargo and freight. This job requires me to advise clients on methods of shipment, payment methods, invoicing and shipping documents needed. I also negotiate the transport of goods with vendors and freight companies. I am the one responsible for troubleshooting problems with delivery or damaged goods during the shipping process. As soon as the freight arrives, I notify customers regarding the status of delivery.
