Been in BPO for more than 2 years as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) handling emails and live chat. My job responsibilities include replying to customer's email and chats regarding their concern and inquiries about their orders such as the status of their order, processing replacement and refund.
After 9 months, I got promoted and became a Team Leader and Adhoc Trainer. These includes assisting agent, training newly hired agents, consolidating team's daily timer record and reporting team's daily reliability.
This is my first BPO Company that I worked for and I'm glad that despite of having no experience on this field, I did a great job. The company trusted me and believed that I can do well because I am motivated, work-oriented and I am always open to new learnings and opportunity.
