I am an experienced customer service agent who have worked for a couple of call centers for over a year. I take calls for some big companies in the US (retail, tax office, manufacturers and services.) I also have a few months of experience with chat support. With my experience, I can say that I have gained knowledge and learned a lot -from being patient to improving my language and communication skills.
