I have 7 years experience as a Customer/Technical Support Agent in two of the biggest company here in the Philippines, supporting Global English speaking customers/clients. I was trained to be a Universal Agent and eventually promoted to a Team Manager position, in which we have to support Billing, and Technical Concerns.
