I've been working in a BPO industry for over eight years and it helped me enhanced my communications skills, in resolving conflicts/disputes, interpersonal relationship skills and I learned to go extra mile to help a customer without violating any company policies. With my knowledge of these tools (MS Word, Excel, Google Sheet, Zoho, Time Doctor and Canva, etc) it has helped me improved my skills as a customer service representative and as an individual especially when I started to work from home as an Inside Sales Agent.
