For inbound calls, customers call us to place an order with their catalogs (shoes, bags, shirts, pants, etc.) I process the order for them and ask their credit card numbers for payment. I am also receiving calls for Customer Service projects in which customers ask a certain charge that appears on their phone bills. I explain to them the possible reason and process refund if they demanded. For outbound calls, I call business and residential lines, asking if they want to order flowers on special occasions. I process the order, call the local florist to make arrangements for the order, and make sure that the flowers were delivered on time.
