I am a detailed and thorough professional with 5 years experience as a customer support manager. In my 5 years, I have explored all LOB’s. I started handling frontline agents which are tasked to answer billing inquiries, changes on cable TV subscription and low level of technical support. After a few months, we have pioneered an LOB called Programming saves wherein our goal is to ensure that customer will keep their packages and upgrade to another premium package. With the growth that we have built I have been promoted to handle retention team which merely focuses to reconnect services of customers who have been delinquently paying their bills. I handle the Reconnect team for about a year and was awarded Over-all Top Team Manager for quarter 1, 3 and 4.
