I have been working in the Customer Service and Technical Support field for 12 years. Having this long experience helped me to be familiar in different tools and made me realize that everything can be learned with willingness and perseverance. I handled voice and non-voice accounts in my previous jobs. Some of these are Comcast, Sprint, Capital One, XM Radio, Verizon, Telstra & iTunes. My long history of work made me gain a lot of attributes that can be applied at work and with assisting customers to their full satisfaction. This includes attentiveness, active listening, time management, focus, consistency, maintaining a positive attitude, confidence, professionalism and being friendly is a huge key for gaining the trust of our clients and customers. I have practiced multitasking and I also love placing things in proper order. All these years of experience gave me all the patience and flexibility that I needed to learn to provide better Customer Service. I am very much open and willing to learn different tasks and tools. I can also work on any given shift or schedule. Anything that will make me learn and grow is really essential to me. My internet download speed is 50mbps and an upload speed of 50mbps. I am very easy to work with and I can make myself familiar with how to manage a tool or program given the proper training.
