I worked as a call center agent for several years. I handled a financial account for an American, and Austrian Bank. I was also trained in sales and customer care. I have experience in tech support for online banking and I am trained to explain billing details, explaining customer interest rates, and help the customer maximize the benefits of their account. I was also a part of the fraud analyst department, where we help customers secure their accounts. I have been trained for several accounts within the fraud department we handle over 200 credit unions and we also handle payroll account. We are trained to do outbound calls if there was a heightened alert on the account. We get upskilled several times in a year to cope with the company needs and expectations. I am very flexible and willing to learn. I hope I can find a job where I can work remotely.
