I've been working as a Customer Service Representative for almost 1 year and a half. I've handled different accounts like Sales, Telco, Healthcare and Ecommerce. I do have experience using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Words, Powerpoint and Salesforce. I am punctual and able to adapt easily on a new work environment, and I love to communicate with others. 

Precisely, I acquired better communication, self-confidence, working up to deadlines, determination and teamwork skills. Throughout of my work experience, I gained not only determination but also the patience with people and tasks. I am very thankful on my work experience since it helped me a lot since now U can work effectively and deliver quality services respective of the weight it caries.
