I am a seasoned customer service representative. I’ve worked in a call center for almost 4 years now. Currently, I work as a customer service representative for Western Union (Asia Pacific Regional Office). I am handling outbound calls and emails for customers based in Australia, New Zealand, USA and UK. I've been with the company for more than 2 years now. Helping customers is my passion. Modesty aside, I have been awarded by Western Union as one of the top agents for the first quarter last year and agents with the most number of handled calls fir the 2nd quarter. I can navigate multiple tools simultaneously while taking live calls. I have a vast experience in terms of handling complicated to highly escalated calls. I'm proficient with different CRM softwares (KANA), MS Office (word, excel, power point), knows how to make presentation using Movie Maker, OneDrive, Outlook, Google (Docs, Spreadsheets and Calendar). I also worked as a Technical Support Representative handling Bell Canada (internet provider in Canada). We do some troubleshooting including computer, mobile phones, tablets and home phone. In addition, I also handled Dish account, a cable provider in the US and were also doing some troubleshooting whenever the customer have problems on their television, remote control and receiver. As a Customer Service Representative I handled DirecTV account, also a cable provider in the US. Were assisting customers in paying their monthly bills and some other concerns.
