I've been working as a Customer Service Representative for 11 years up to the present. I used to work in education industry, BPO and currently in Banking industry. With my previous employment and current job, I acquired and honed my knowledge in different areas such as in admin task, customer interaction through phones and emails. I am also active and passionate for outsourcing venues, logistic and most of all, organizing events for our team.
