From my previous BPO company i work as a complaints officer where we handle customer complaint about the services or the current experience that they dealt with for example being manipulated, not providing a better plan,mobile coverage issue in rural area, incorrect planning, internet not working properly or not getting the speed that they paid for, delay of landline and internet connection, consultant provided misinformation, customer would like to get a better deal with mobile and bundle just like the other company offered them.
