Good Day, This letter is to express my interest for the Customer Service Representative Post. My work background includes customer service, technical support and telemarketing within call center. Previously, I’ve worked with the BPO Industry in the Philippines as a Technical support and as a Customer service representative. My role was to assist consumers of their internet issues providing troubleshooting steps on the phone, scheduling a technician repair if necessary and up sell our client’s services. In addition to this, I was also a part of Elite sales force of our campaign and been recognized as one of the top seller in the group. I also bring to the table my experience with MS Office applications, Google Drive, Web research which is essential for the said role. I have a positive attitude, I can adapt to change very well, and I am willing to learn new things that are not on my skill set to get the job done.
