I am a former Customer Service Representative with comcast, I worked there for more than a year. Specifically we handle billing inquiries, such us detailed summary of a bill, investigating and providing adjustments if there was an invalid charges on someone's bill. There I was able to : - Handle specific issue and with care, accuracy and willingness to permanently solve customers' problem I am eager to learn to new things and open to training that could expand my horizon with regards to this industry.
