Over the past 5 years, I have worked on one of the biggest Call Centers in my country (Qualfon) serving PREPAID clients for the biggest telcos in America (Verizon, Tmobile, ATT, and Sprint). I have been to several posts that require leadership and excellent analytical skills. I am also well decorated with awards and certificates as proof. Over time I have acquired a few skills that have helped me grow to be able to compete effectively. -Excellent knowledge in computer technology I am always ready to learn and tackle challenges.
