Hello everyone. My name is Marjorie, and I work as a customer service representative. I mainly handle vacation rental homes for various platforms like Vacasa, Airbnb, Homeaway/Vrbo, Booking.com, and HVMI. My primary tasks involve:


-Answering and resolving guest inquiries, concerns, and problems through calls, texts, or emails with no spiels provided.

-Manage and organize bookings.

-Collect payments and charge guests' credit cards on their behalf.

-Can alter, extend, reduce guest's booking dates, and cancel their reservation.

-Explain the different policies provided for each type of rental home.


Apart from this, I do back-office tasks like financial processing, specifically handling refunds for guests. I was assigned to refund all the guest accounts whether it was due to appeasement, reservation modification, or cancellation repayments. My responsibility is to relay all the ticket updates to each guest. I was also assigned to determine the status of each guest's reservation.


Furthermore, I have sales experience as well. I offer an exceptional warranty service to valued customers by making them trust me to safeguard their investments and enhance their overall satisfaction.
