I have a huge background in Customer Service Support. I worked 2 years and 6 months in a Call Center Company, and in that span, I was promoted 2 times. I was an Agent for 3 Months, and after that, I got promoted to Subject Matter Expert, in which I helped newbies resolve and handle customers' concerns and problems. After another Month, I got promoted to Operations, Supervisor, in which I handled a maximum of 10 Agents - my role was to coach the Agents to improve their skills, and how to handle customers smoothly. I teach them processes and techniques to win customers. I do admin tasks as well as part of my role.
