Ms. Jennielyn B. Nogoy attended college at Saint Mary’s University and finished Associate of Science and Health Education. Here she learned the basic skills on how to manage and handle the sick and the ill persons. She also is an undergraduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology where she learned some average to complex computer skill and other relevant programming applications. Her previous jobs are with Concentrix, Nuvali Sta RosaLaguna ( Customer Care / Techninal Support Representative, Email Support and Chat Support for Xiaomi China and for AT&T mobility USA ), Teletech Sta. Rosa Laguna ( T-mobile US Customer Representative ) EGS Alabang Muntinlupa, ( US Sales and Customer Representative ) Convergys Sta. Rosa Laguna ( UK Sales Service Representative) and SITEL Ortigas Pasig City ( Sears US Customer Representative) all are leading BPO in the country, here she was able to expose in different call center trainings and job scenarios needed in the position that she is applying right now. With the said years of experiences she was able to enhanced her communication skills most especially in English language, she has no problem with interacting with customers and providing them the answers depends on the inquiry involving the company’s product and services. She was able developed her skills in problem solving and computer skills. Her personal qualities, among others, include a high level of integrity, dependability, loyalty, hard work and excellent human relations. She is a resourceful, well-organized, and well-travelled person. She has also a strong personality. Miss Jennielyn Nogoy is raised in a Christian devout family.
