I am dependable and follows operational guideline. During my tenure as a Team Lead in Concentrix I was able to meet commitment, works independently by making sure that deadlines are met and back up plans are drafted to avoid recurring issues. I have also accepted accountability to ensure that every member of my group are aware of the goals set within the team. I can handle change, and can stay focus under pressure. I also am good at creating evaluations and documents that are always factual, informative interesting and easy to read to serve as a reference
