I have several years of sales experience that I believe have prepared me for this role. For the last three years, I have been working as a sales representative. I have taken significant time and effort to develop my customer relationships and currently have a 100% satisfaction rating. I have also consistently met or exceeded my sales goals. In fact, I was awarded as a top agent in my previous company last November 2022. In this role, I managed transactions and spent time on the floor organizing our shelves and assisting customers. My job also required answering phones, which gave me experience managing angry or upset concerns and developing techniques to solve their issues efficiently and effectively.
