I had been with the BPO industry for 4 years already. I have a mix of different job description in relation to the world of BPO. To name a few were Technical Support for a payroll account, Appointment Setter for a huge lighting company based in Europe and Telemarketer for a financial account in the US. I can work with less supervision and a hard working person. I currently work as a Business Development Associate for a consulting firm in the US called Bennion Group. Key responsibilities would be create a sales pitch, work hand and hand with the client to ensure business growth. Create memos and proposals for prospects and follow up call on those current and previous clients.
