Sales Associates
- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Chat and E-mail support.
- Appointment Setting.
- Responsible for all sales activities.
- Responsible for ensuring that the customer received an adequate level of service and help with their question and concern.
- Interact with customers to provide information to inquiries about products and services.
Customer Service and Technical Support Representative
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and provide information on products and services (billing, product inquiry, after-sales process, and technical concerns).
- Provide accurate information access network resources regarding technical issues and rapidly support appropriate solutions to a problem to satisfy a customer.
- Troubleshoot technical problems, provide step-by-step instruction to help customers to get back online.
- Follow up and escalate calls and reports to the appropriate department.
- Tracking all changes and working with internal teams to ensure optimal performance and response time.
