I have worked in a Business Process Outsourcing industry for awhile now, in the long run I have gained an experience in Sales where I handled Medicare Health Insurance for 6 months and Customer Service with Sprint Telecommunications for 3 years and 3 months. I am habitually making great efforts and striving to show 100% to the work I do, and my goal as a Customer Service Representative is to make sure that the customers are happy and satisfied with the way we handle their concerns, we provide a long term resolution to avoid them from calling us back with the same issues, we make them feel valued and respected at all times. I honestly enjoyed answering customer inquiries, resolving billing issues and building an awesome customer experience. As a Sales Representative in Medicare account, we contact customers that are enrolled with Medicare A&B, who is 64 years old and above and we verify their information to make sure they qualify then we offer our medical supplies to them. I am a goal oriented person and I love meeting new people and learning new skills. I am currently looking for a new career, I am focused with my goals and continuously seeking out for a home based job to work at the comfort of my home.
