As a previous employee in an online school industry, I learned customer service, secretarial work and negotiation outside office with the clients. I am responsible and organised in doing my job. I have a history of maintaining confidential information and improving filing systems to run more efficiently. I am also flexible and transferable worker as I was assigned in 3 different positions under Sales Marketing department. I started as an Admission Adviser and my tasks were to assist students with their enrolment process (Assist on how to go through the Learning Management Platform, collect credentials for evaluation, provide payment details and tuition fee 's breakdown, and follow up for activation), answer and resolve concerns via call, email and helpdesk. I got then transferred to Student Support wherein I had to resolve all the problems encountered by our students including academic and technical problems, I had to process the student's ID and tuition fee's receipt and also, I had to make sales lead for our agents. After that I got transferred to my permanent position which was Content Reviewer and my tasks were to invite subject matter experts to write online courses for us, discuss the needed requirements of clients, and partnership negotiation. After successful negotiation, I had to prepare the submitted initial documents of our clients including their credentials and course titles for approval. Once approved, I had to follow up the remaining materials to complete the course and then I had to review if they followed the given templates and meet the objectives. Once completed, I had to coordinate with the content uploader to upload the courses in our learning management platform and perform testing to check if there's typographical errors. Dealing with clients and customers weren't that easy as I had to be emotionally prepared and patient when problems arise. At the end of the day I still loved my job as it taught me to handle things in different fields.
