I worked in the BPO industry for 5 years and 9 months. I was technical support for an ISP company and a chat representative for an IT company. I'm an aspiring SEO Analyst who doesn't have any experience yet as a Virtual Assistant but attended an SEO ONLINE COURSE. I offer customer service, technical support, and SEO service.
