Customer Service/Social Media Analyst

In 2007, I’ve found a great opportunity of working in one of the fastest growing Business Process Outsourcing Company as an Outbound/Inbound Customer Service Representative. We provide exceptional customer service to millions of prepaid cell phone users in the United States. In 2010, the company started to innovate and maximize the use of Social Media as another venue to provide easy and convenient access to customer service. I am one of the first few agents to work on the task as a Social Media Analyst. My seven years of experience and expertise in Social Media management leaped me towards becoming a Social Media Auditor, which works mainly on Quality Assurance.
