• Responsible for incoming and outgoing customer service calls in a call center environment • Resolve questions and problems related to customer newspaper orders, delivery issues and initiated dispatching of service problems and missing papers to district managers for re delivery • • Provide clear and concise communication with customers via phone and email • Resolve a variety of customers requests; accounts billing clarification, subscription inquiries, no- charge replacements and appropriate routing of calls • Perform extensive computer work in Microsoft Office, contributing to effective and accurate online database management • Worked in a fast-paced goal and results-oriented environment with the ability to manage business relationships
