My first job was at Teleperformance for Hospitality and Travel. I worked with HotelClub and Orbitz WorldWide for 9 months. HotelClub caters sales and services. I am not quite good in closing a sale for a booking since this is my first job but I am definite that I do good when it comes to customer service. I have always been getting a perfect score in customer satisfaction. I am currently working at Results CX for Target Retail for 6 months now. I was able to deliver 105% of our deliverables in the past 2 months. At Target, we work for Net Promoter Score. And for our deliverables, 40% of it was for NPS. My love for customer service has been one of my strengths.
