I've been with the call center industry for 10 solid years. I initially started as Customer Care Rep in CVG until I got promoted as Team Leader. I've got proficient knowledge of computer operations, courteous with strong Customer Service orientation, solid problem solving skills, good listening and responding skills. I'm a team player, multi-tasker and got an eye for detail. I've worked with US bank/financial accounts, US satellite TV, credit bureau and DVD rentals. I've got excellent communication and call handling skills. I can do awesome work both over the phone and through email. Currently, I work as Team Leader or Coach here in Baguio from 2:00PM to 11:00PM Thursdays to Mondays CST. I can work for you as Customer Service Representative 3-4 consecutive hours on those days after my shift anytime between 1AM to 12nn CST. Then, I can work for you full time like 8-12 hours on my days off Tuesdays and Wednesdays CST. This is how I can fulfill my more than 30 hours in a week, approximately 40 hours per week. I work with passion and I've been dedicated to any assigned tasks. As team leader, my usual tasks are as follows: ? Responsible for the managing a team of 13-18 associates and their performance on SLAs & KPIs. (Handled 16 associates and even exceeded deliverables for TMs) ? Ensures that customers receive exceptional service through the careful monitoring of performance and corresponding goals at agent level. ? Responsible for ensuring that SLAs / KPIs are met at team level but is ready and able to support the program by taking on additional responsibilities involving process improvements, data management and project initiation ? Ensures that Absenteeism and Attrition performance are within acceptable target through employee engagement. ? Execute tasks and deliverables as instructed by reporting manager, Ops lead and process owner/s
