I have been into numbers of employers offering multiple jobs as customer service specialist and as virtual assistant. I was once a freelance writer, created blog post from curated contents. I was able to write about organic medicines from reading, paraphrasing and editing. Other than, working homebased, I was once a call center agent for two different companies, namely VXI Holdings and Native Commerce, responsible of different accounts. Like any other employees, I had a tough beginning, adjusting from students to the one providing for the family, but all the experiences and opportunities were all worth having for. Now, for more than 2 years of working in an online industry, I am equipped enough to stand on my own, I have nothing in myself but gratitude to people who opened the doors for me. Indeed, the best teacher is experience, and of course applying the lessons, knowledge and skills accumulated through years of work and self-training. There are also those who trained and taught me to the best of their abilities not only with the practical skills but also with the most important values to become effective and efficient. They extended so much of their patience and understanding for me, and I salute them for the help and assistance.
