I have worked for three years in the BPO industry as customer service specialist thus I am an expert in handling customer complaint providing accurate and reliable solutions to resolve their issues. I also worked before as accounting supervisor in a private firm for four years handling customer account, billing, collection, payroll management and other supervisory roles. I'm well versed with computers and important office tools like MS Excel and MS Word, Adobe Photoshop and Powerpoint since I've used this tools regularly when I worked. I can work independently under minimal supervision but best work with a team as well.
