As a background, I've worked as a Tech and Customer Service Representative for chat and e-mail line of businesses after graduating college. Only after four months of working, I was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert/ Tier 3 Agent and eventually as a Junior Team Captain. Currently, I am independent contractor for a known small American business which deals with eCommerce.
