I have a background in hospitality and customer service, i have workd in the industry in many forms over the past 12 years (Hilton Orlando, Wells Fargo, Family Law Litigation and Staples B2B). I am able to diligently and respectfully reply to customers to earn and keep their business. I am easily able to convey empathy and find the root of the issue at hand. I also have a background in B2B sales, so if a sales opportunity presented itself for the company I would be comfortable with up selling the customer.
