Starting off, I won't mention diligence, perseverance, and all other virtues an applicant may include. I believe everyone already has them. I maybe new to the freelancing world but in terms of experience, I can say I know a lot and can learn a lot. Customer Service - I have been working with BPO companies for quite a while now. I learned how to solve concerns of clients, handle calls, chats, and emails. I know empathy and sympathy. More importantly, I learned work ethics and discipline. Virtual Assistant - I have been an office assistant for almost 5 years. I supported my superiors and made sure everything will work out great for them. I manage appointments, set their schedules, answer emails , and call whoever needs to be called. Teacher/Tutor - I am also a teacher and a tutor in our area. I can teacher Mathematics, English, and Science. Here, I learned the importance of connection to my students. I learned to find what peaks their interest. Ghostwriting and Content writing - I tried freelancing when I was in college and most of my clients asked me to write articles and stories. This is how I learned SEO. and I can say I'm pretty familiar with his by now. I can do a lot more but I won't take more of your time. Thank you.
