I’m currently working for one of the leading telecommunication companies in Australia as a Customer Service Support Leader. It is my duty to make sure my people are able to work in the most efficient and effective way to really deliver what’s imprtant to our customers. I must be able to make it easy for my people, for them to translate it to world class customer experience. Motivation is also key, especially when they have goals of their own. I can manage small to medium scale projects in a well organized manner and I can also analyze constraints within existing processes and see if there are things we could further improve on how you operate.
