I started my career as a customer service representative since 2008 here in the Philippines, I have a lot of skills that I can offer. I worked on different kinds of accounts. I've worked in an Insurance Company,Credit Cards, Bank Account and Cable Services. I assisted customers over phone and email. Worked with Avaya Phone systems for customer contact. The role is very fascinating to me, and I strongly think that my passion and my job experiences will make me a highly competitive candidate for this position.
