• Assist in customer-related inquiries in the showroom. • Helped out customers answer stock, price, and product availabilities in the branch and other branch. • Accept units with and without warranty being submitted for repairs. • Follow-up deliveries and installations from suppliers and made sure it will be done on schedule and without any delays. • Follow-up with the service centers regarding customer’s units given for repairs and make sure timely return of the repaired items to the customers. • Answer emails and call customers to update on the repair status of their units. • Assists customers whenever return/exchange is necessary. • Answer emails/calls being routed to the store for any customer inquiry. • Assigned in handling attendance records of team members and submitting these documents to HR every payroll period. • Trains newly joined staff with regards to store and back office procedures.
