I never thought I would manage and work in customer service because I thought it would be hard and stressful to do. It’s a skill or experience I didn’t know I’d love until I did it myself. Since I’m also a customer, I worry about whether my order will arrive on time. So I know that it’s important to the customers to give them good service and make it easier for them to get answers.
I’ve worked for a business that does dropshipping, and I was able to figure out how to do this work in a smooth way.
Here are some of the things I do:
- Creating customer service standard processes
- Tracking/Managing orders
- Resolving customer order/return issues
- Issuing refunds
