All of my work experience is related to providing service for internal and external customers since the year 1999. I started as a Fashion Sales Specialist on different brands, and back in 2004 I was given an opportunity to work abroad. I continue to advance and work as a Merchandise Officer. I was able to enhance my email management skills, writing reports by using MS Excel, creating appointments and letter templates using MS Word, visual reports using MS Presentation, and Adobe photoshop. My last 4 years of work experience are in the BPO industry as a Technical Support Specialist, wherein I got a privilege to work with the largest search engine, understanding G Suite and learning about web/email hosting and domains.
