I currently work in the tech Customer Service field for a School district. We use a helpdesk ticketing system to respond to outstanding tickets that have to do with Chromebooks, Laptops, projectors, etc. I also have several years customer service and data entry experience prior to this position. I have experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel as well as Chrome applications. Currently we use Windows 10 platform for the laptops and google Chrome for the chromebooks.
