I acquired my skills such as excellent customer service, technical support and good command in English from the BPO industry. I had experience in customer and technical support. I handled postpaid subscribers and corporate accounts in a telecommunication company. I need to provide an excellent customer service and help customers to resolve the raised (mobile or internet) issues. I was a Subject Matter Expert and because of that, most of the time I need to handle the complex concerns. I believe I can apply my knowledge and skills as I've learned a lot from my previous companies but I am willing to learn new things so I can improve.
