I worked as a Customer Service Representative with Sales for 2years. I was promoted as a level 2 Support and handle complex issues for customers such as: Refund for more than a year charge, Account Maintenance, Supervisors Call, Office of the Presidents call and different special projects needed. In this position you will be needing to work under pressure because there are quotas being given that needs to be completed. After 3years I moved to a different Account which I became a technical support. Being a freelancer I already have an experience in Appointment Setting, Social Media CSR and Sales Customer Service.
