I am a customer service / sales representative and also a technical support representative under Sutherland Global Services Davao City. and i been working in the BPO industry for almost 5 years now. I am also a former IBEX global services customer service representative and i been with the company for 1 and a half year for a billing and sales account. I am flexible and self motivated person.
