Im knowledgeable in terms of handling callers either customer service or be a tech support. I had experiences with At&t as a retentions officer, can mingle with callers and give them better inter plans and financing schemes, provide the most suitable package for their home entertainment since i also had experience working with comcast and the techy type of person that can help them out, also when it comes to sales i've had my experiences with 1800flowers and macy's so sellig wont be a problem. If you wanted to get someone that can be trained easily and can handle pressure,stress and still can proved great service then you should hire me.
