I worked for BPO/call center for almost 8 years. I worked for Directory Assistance that made me familiarize US major cities and establishments. After that, I work as a Customer Care Specialist for AT&T. And for that same company, I worked as Billing and Sales Specialist where we persuade customers to check out and purchase latest deals from our company after we addressed their concern. After that, I worked as a Pre Sales / Lead Generation Representative for Cisco Systems, I qualify leads and convince them for an appointment with our Sales people. Then I was transferred to Dell Technical Support where I take inbound calls, do outbound calls for follow ups and committed call backs and at the same time address cases via email. With these experiences that I have, I can say that I am versatile, flexible and can easily adapt to anything that I need to do for work.
